Growin Germany Advisory exists because too many capable Indian students lose a year — or their savings — to bad advice, missed deadlines and paperwork nobody explained to them.
Our story
Advisory built on ten years of real cases
We started in student advisory more than a decade ago, and over those years the same pattern kept repeating. Bright students with strong marksheets would get rejected — not because they weren't good enough, but because an APS application was started too late, a blocked account was opened with the wrong provider, or an SOP was written for an American admissions office rather than a German one.
Germany rewards precision. Its universities and consulates are not looking for polish; they are looking for a file that is complete, consistent and on time. That is a solvable problem, and it is the one we solve.

How we work
Four commitments we don't bend on
Deadlines drive the plan, not the other way round
We work backwards from your intake. APS takes 3–4 weeks, visas take 4–12, and VFS appointments can add more. Every task gets a date before we begin.
No invented promises
Nobody can guarantee a visa or an admission — those decisions belong to German universities and authorities. What we guarantee is a file that gives them no reason to say no.
We stay on after you land
Most consultancies stop at the visa stamp. Anmeldung, blocked-account activation, bank setup and the first month in a new city are exactly when students need someone reachable.
Why Germany
Why we chose to specialise in one country
Generalist consultancies spread across a dozen destinations and know none of them deeply. Germany has its own rules, and they change often.
Tuition-free public education
Most public universities charge no tuition, even to international students — just a semester contribution of €150 – €350 that usually bundles a transport pass. Baden-Württemberg is the one exception at about €1,500 per semester for non-EU students.
A country that wants skilled workers
Germany has actively opened routes for qualified non-EU professionals — most recently the Opportunity Card, which allows up to 12 months in the country to search for work, with part-time work permitted meanwhile.
Rules that reward preparation
APS verification, blocked accounts, uni-assist, Anmeldung — the German system is procedural rather than subjective. Learn the procedure properly and the outcome becomes far more predictable.
