Our services

Nine services that cover the entire journey — from the first "is Germany right for me?" call to your first month living there. Take the full package, or only the part you're stuck on.

Service 01

University admissions

Germany has 400+ public institutions and over 15,000 programmes. The difficulty is not finding one — it's finding the one that will actually accept you, teach in a language you speak, and fit your budget.

  • Profile evaluation against German grade-conversion norms, including how backlogs are read
  • Shortlist split into ambitious, balanced and safe options with deadlines mapped
  • Checking each programme for English vs German instruction and any Numerus Clausus limits
  • uni-assist preliminary review and direct university portal applications
  • SOP, CV and Letter of Motivation written for German admission committees, not generic templates
  • Follow-up with universities until offers land, then help choosing between them

Who this suits

Bachelor's applicants after Class XII, Master's applicants with a recognised Bachelor's, and anyone who has been rejected before and wants a stronger second attempt.

2026/27 rule change: Indian students applying for a Bachelor's programme now need a minimum of 70% in Class XII, regardless of board. We check this before you spend anything.

At a glance

  • Fee: ₹18,000, non-refundable
  • Processing: about 3–4 weeks
  • Issued by the German Embassy in New Delhi
  • Verifies Class X, Class XII and your Bachelor's degree
  • No admission and no visa without it

Service 02

APS certificate

The Academic Evaluation Centre check is compulsory for Indian applicants heading to Germany for more than 90 days. Universities won't finalise your admission without it, and the embassy won't accept your visa file.

  • Full document checklist — transcripts, degree certificates, attestations
  • Online application filled and submitted correctly the first time
  • Interview preparation covering your syllabus, projects and thesis
  • Timeline planned backwards from your intake so APS never delays you

Service 03

Student visa filing

The German national visa costs €75 and it is non-refundable — including on refusal. In 2026 the real bottleneck is the VFS appointment queue, which can run several weeks in peak months, so timing matters as much as paperwork.

  • VFS Global appointment strategy and booking
  • Complete file assembly, checked line by line against the current checklist
  • Cover letter and study-plan drafting that answers what the consulate actually asks
  • Mock visa interview with feedback on the questions that trip students up
  • Tracking, follow-up and support if additional documents are requested
  • Guidance on converting your visa into a residence permit after you arrive

Realistic timeline

  • Visa decision: 4–12 weeks from submission
  • Most complete files: cleared in 6–8 weeks
  • VFS appointment wait: 4–16 weeks in peak season
  • Start the whole process 3–5 months before your semester

We cannot influence the decision — nobody can. What we control is that your file gives the officer no reason to hesitate.

Service 04

Blocked account, insurance & funding

Money is where most Indian applications wobble. Here's exactly what Germany asks for in 2026, and how we help you arrange it.

Blocked account (Sperrkonto)

You must show €11,904 for the year. It's released to you at roughly €992 a month after you land. It is proof of funds, not a fee — the money stays yours.

We compare providers on cost and opening speed, then walk you through the deposit and confirmation.

Health & travel insurance

Health insurance is mandatory to enrol and to get your residence permit. We help you choose between public and private cover based on your age, course and duration — and get the certificate the consulate accepts.

Loans & scholarships

Education loan documentation for Indian banks and NBFCs, plus honest guidance on DAAD, Deutschlandstipendium and university-level scholarships — including which ones you realistically qualify for.

Budget realistically: tuition at most public universities is €0, but you still pay a semester contribution of €150 – €350. In Baden-Württemberg, non-EU students additionally pay about €1,500 per semester.

Service 05

Accommodation

Student housing in German cities is genuinely scarce, and dorm waiting lists in Munich, Berlin, Stuttgart and Frankfurt open long before you get your visa. Searching after you land is the expensive way to do it.

  • Studentenwerk dormitory applications filed early — the cheapest option, if you queue in time
  • Shared flats (WG) and private studio search, with listing verification
  • Rental contract review so you understand Kaution, Kaltmiete and Warmmiete before signing
  • Temporary first-month stay if a permanent room isn't confirmed yet
  • Anmeldung guidance — your address registration gates your residence permit and bank account

Why this matters more than students expect

Without a registered address you cannot complete Anmeldung. Without Anmeldung you cannot reliably open a bank account or receive your residence permit. One missing room can stall your first two months.

We aim to have your accommodation confirmed before you board the flight.

Services 06 – 09

And everything after the visa stamp

Getting in is half the job. These are the services that decide how your first year actually goes.

German language coaching

A1 to B2 preparation with Goethe and telc exam practice. Many Master's programmes teach in English — but German is what gets you a part-time job, a landlord who replies, and an employer after graduation. We recommend A2–B1 before departure.

Pre-departure & arrival support

Packing and documents briefing, forex and travel card setup, flight guidance, airport pickup coordination, and a walkthrough of what happens in your first 72 hours — city registration, SIM card, bank account.

Ausbildung & vocational routes

Germany's paid dual-training system is a strong alternative to a degree — you earn while you train, in sectors like nursing, hospitality, IT and mechatronics. We assess fit, arrange German coaching to the required level, and support the application.

Opportunity Card & job seeker route

The Chancenkarte lets qualified professionals spend up to 12 months in Germany job-hunting, with part-time work permitted. You need a recognised qualification, German A1 or English B2, at least 6 points on the assessment, and about €13,092 in funds. We check your points before you apply.

Not sure which of these you need?

That's the normal starting point. Book a free consultation and we'll tell you which route fits your profile — university, Ausbildung or Opportunity Card — and what the realistic cost and timeline look like.
